Jasminum nitidum is a beautiful flowering evergreen which offers white, sweetly perfumed, star-shaped flowers in summer. Jasminum nitidum is a versatile plant, acting as an excellent flowering evergreen commonly used for gracefully spilling out of containers, such as pots or hanging baskets, or as a filler between shrubs. It is an ideal plant for a terrace, outdoor garden, or indoor garden
Jasminum nitidum is easily maintained, and can be pruned to keep its shrub form. While it requires occasional maintenance, it should only be pruned after flowering to avoid removing any of the current season’s flowers. Jasminum nitidum grows best in full sunlight with average to evenly moist conditions in order to ensure the growth of a mature root system. After the mature root system is established, watering is needed occasionally.
