Calathea 'Medallion' leaves are heavily splashed with greens and creams with a hint of rosy red. The dark green leaves are flushed and banded with silver and emerald green. The backs of the leaves are dark purple.
With its bright green variegated leaves and a bright pink underside, the Calathea Rosea-picta is an absolute stunner. A native of the rainforests, it thrives in humidity with indirect light and little care. It’s a great addition to any space with its air-purifying quality and the ability to grow happily in indoor spaces. This can grow the indoor plant as a table plant or short bush. This can grow well into the pot.
Calathea Medallion dislikes direct sunlight. If exposed to direct light, their leaves will fade in colour intensity and often develop blotches or patches.Water the plant regularly throughout the growing season. Avoid overwatering.A rich, peat-based potting soil with excellent drainage is beneficial.20 - 30°CApply any organic fertilizer once or twice during the growing season.
