Marigolds are cheerful, compact annuals with flower shapes that can resemble daisies, coreopsis, and even carnations. you can grow marigold plants virtually anywhere. They are widely adaptable and extremely low-maintenance.
Marigolds will add an excellent aesthetic to your home or garden. Marigold care is also very simple, some can survive even if neglected. A distinctive bitter and pungent scent is produced by marigolds. Most marigolds thrive in warm, dry conditions, but marigolds can be grown successfully anywhere outdoors as long as the temperature remains above 40°F.
- At least 6 hours of sunlight a day is required in order to keep a strong green color and vibrant blooms.Allow the soil to dry out between watering, then water thoroughly.The soil should be fertile, with a high amount of organic matter and good drainage.15 – 30 °CPlant marigolds in fertile soil that has plenty of organic matter, if possible.
