Tree of the genus Cassia also known as Golden shower tree, Cassia fistula perennial evergreen or deciduous plant, grown for the edible fruits but mostly used as an ornamental plant for the flowers, can be grown as bonsai and sometime use for the edible fruits that grow in the pods, can grow in subtropical, tropic climate.
Cassia plants, produce evergreen foliage and seasonal yellow flowers. A mature cassia plant can reach 5 feet or taller, although container plants usually remain smaller. Cassia makes an easy-care addition to beds, borders, and butterfly gardens.

Provide cassia with a full six hours or more of daily sunlight.The average amount of water, although its drought tolerant plant prefers more water.The soil should be well-drained and fertile, rich in organic content for growing plants.15 – 30 °CDuring the main growing season feed the plant with organic fertilizer.
