The hydroculture version of Dracaena Janet Craig has lush, shiny, wide green leaves with wavy edges. A tall growing, upright, compact species, Janet Craig looks great as an elegant floor specimen and is well known for its ability to purify the surrounding air.
It does well in a shady spot making it perfect for urban and office environments. Dracaenas compose of a large group of popular foliage plants. Most grow strongly upright with long variegated leaves with a large array of colors. Dracaenas grow well at average room temperatures and like ample light.
Dracaena Janet Craig is one of the more shade tolerant varieties of Dracaena. Avoid direct sunlight.Water when the water meter has been on minimum for 2-3 days. when the soil starts to dry-out at the top, water well and allow to drain thoroughly.Loose, well-drained potting mix.15 - 25°CApply a weak dose of a fertilizer once or twice a month during the growing season.
