Ipomoea cairica growing herbaceous vine of the genus Ipomoea also known as Morning glory, Ipomoea cairica perennial evergreen or annual plant and used as ornamental plant can be hedge plant or as groundcover plant.
They are creeping or climbing plants that reach 5 meters in length. They produce abundant funnel-shaped flowers that are lilac, pink or purple with a dark center. These fast-growing plants are used to cover slopes, walls, columns and pergolas and in pots for decks, patios and balconies. They are easy to grow plants and resistant to pests and diseases.
- Ipomoea Cairica prefer full sun but will tolerate light shade.Water regularly to prevent the substrate from drying out completely.Ipomoea Cairica do better with organically rich, consistently moist and well-drained soil.20 – 35 °CFeed with a weak liquid fertilizer and well-balanced fertilizer throughout the growing season.
